Chem-Crest 211 is a multipurpose, heavy-duty, phosphate- and caustic-free alkaline liquid cleaner. It is useful in many applications demanding removal of various contaminants such as oils, greases, and particulate. This detergent finds many uses throughout industrial, mechanical, and maintenance cleaning operations. Chem-Crest 211 removes heavy oils, greases, tripoli, ceramic dust, lubricants, buffing and lapping compounds, fingerprints, airborne contaminants, light silicone oils and ink markings.
Operating Conditions:
Chem-Crest 211 is typically used at 3 - 10% by volume in ultrasonic applications. Normal operating temperatures: 120 - 180°F, dependent on the material makeup of the substrate, and the contaminants being removed. Contact your Crest representative for product-line specific recommendations. Recommended rinsing water temperature: 120 - 150°F.
