The back-lit monitor is easy to see and displays all the data that keeps you motivated to row and row: heart rate, distance rowed, workout time, strokes per minute, calories burned, stroke count, watts / power produced, and the adjustable workout program profile. To provide accurate, real-time heart rates, the monitor receives wirelessly transmitted data from the comfortable Heart Rate Transmitter Chest Strap -included at no additional cost.
